This website and platform are operated by Vessel Vision Pvt Ltd, a company incubated at IIM Jammu (IIMJ).

Beta interest requests

When you join the beta interest list, we store your name, email, optional organization, interests, message and acknowledgement that we may contact you about your request. This does not create a platform account. To withdraw your interest or request deletion, email connect@vesselvision.in.

Account information

We store your name, email address, optional organization, password hash, account status and verification status to operate your account. Passwords are hashed; they are not stored as readable text.

Payments and credit history

Payments are processed through Razorpay. We retain purchase references, amounts, currencies, subscription status, refunds and credit activity so you and our team can reconcile your account. The platform does not store card numbers, CVVs or payment credentials.

Support and account operations

We retain messages submitted through contact and support forms, together with your contact details, status and internal support notes. Administrator actions are recorded in an activity log. Verification, recovery and receipt emails are delivered through our configured email service.

Sessions and security

The website uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. Server-side sessions expire after seven days. We use request limits and account access checks to help protect the service. Account and transaction records remain available for operating the service and handling support requests.

Website resources

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives network information such as your IP address when your browser requests them. Razorpay checkout loads only when you start a payment. The website does not currently include advertising trackers.

Patient data and AI availability

AI inference and study upload are not currently connected. The public workspace is closed during the beta-interest phase. Do not enter identifiable patient information in demonstrations, support requests or contact forms.

Privacy requests

To ask about your information, request a correction or discuss account deletion, contact connect@vesselvision.in. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting and dispute resolution.
