Platform terms & clinical scope

This website and platform are operated by Vessel Vision Pvt Ltd, a company incubated at IIM Jammu (IIMJ).

Beta program

The public website is collecting interest in a future beta. Joining does not create an account, guarantee an invitation or launch date, provide AI access, or require payment. Public signup and checkout are closed. Existing account holders may continue to sign in.

Current availability

Account management, balances and platform administration are available. AI model inference is not connected. Demonstrations are prepared examples and must not be treated as analysis of a patient study.

Your account

Use accurate account information and keep your password and API keys private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Account access may be suspended when needed to investigate misuse or protect the service.

Plans and payments

Prices and included allowances are shown on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout. Razorpay processes payments. Balances update only after verification of a captured payment. Workspace allowances and prepaid API credits are separate balances.

Pro subscriptions renew monthly while active, subject to the authorized subscription duration. Unused monthly results expire at the end of their billing period. Prepaid API credits do not expire. Pricing changes apply to new purchases; existing subscriptions retain their original terms.

Cancellation and refunds

You can request cancellation from your account’s Plan & credits screen. Active subscriptions are cancelled at the end of the current paid period; unactivated subscriptions are cancelled immediately. Refund requests can be submitted through Support. The team will review payment status and usage before processing a refund. Approved refunds are returned through Razorpay and reflected in your payment history.

Clinical use

Do not upload or submit patient information through the public website. Future model outputs will require appropriate professional review and task-specific validation. No demonstration should be used for diagnosis, treatment, triage or emergency decisions.
